We want you to be satisfied with your smart curtain purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at infocenter@vormyloxoxlo.world or call +1 954-388-5014. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning your items. All returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Custom-made or personalized smart curtain systems may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us to discuss your options. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional payment if the new item is priced higher.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please do not return damaged items without first contacting us.
